During our pre-staging consultation, we assess your property to determine the best strategy for preparing your home prior to going on the market to get the greatest return on your investment. We will identify any areas of concern along with design suggestions on how to resolve them. This will be followed up with a detailed report outlining our recommendations to prepare your home for photography and to be market ready. This package includes:
Provide a comprehensive walk through of home with seller
Provide furniture floor plans for 3 key areas
Provide suggestions of how and what to declutter and depersonalize
Provide staging suggestions for remaining areas
Recommendations for any updates needed
STANDARD STAGING
$600
MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS
Our standard occupied staging package will identify areas to declutter, depersonalize and remerchandise your home utilizing the furniture and items you currently own. During this process, our designers will reposition furniture and restyle individual rooms to properly define and maximize each space so the potential buyer can envision living in your home. This package includes:
All Pre-Staging services [as noted above]
Declutter and depersonalize 3 key areas *
Arrange furniture, accessories, and art work for the 3 key areas
PREMIUM STAGING
$1200+
MINIMUM OF 8 HOURS
Our premium occupied staging package enhances your home even more utilizing additional furnishings, art and accessories brought in by our team to fill any voids and refresh your home for photos and a quick sale! This package includes:
All Standard Staging services [as noted above]
Stage kitchen and bathrooms
Provide additional art and accessories where needed **
* Add on cost for packing materials if needed (boxes, tape, bubble wrap)
** Client has the option to purchase new staging items at an additional cost
*** Please note all homes must be cleaned and prepped before redesign services are provided
